The more you overthink the less you will understand. - Habeeb Akande

It is said that overthinking is a slow killer. If you are suffering from pain or is having a dilemma in understanding something, “overthinking” will actually become a poison for you. It can never be an antidote to you, instead, it will make you suffer even more.

Although the human brain often prefers to get engaged in something or the other and wants to remain into action but that doesn’t mean that overthinking can fetch you a solution. It is all about how straight you actually put your thoughts that can determine your solution and thus, make things fall in their respective places.

At the same time, it is important to understand that there will be certain things that will not be under our control and we have nothing to do about it. You need to understand that you don’t have the outcomes in your hand, all you can do is to prepare yourself for both the best and the worst of the scenarios.

We cannot do anything about possibilities nor will it be fruitful for us if we constantly keep fighting about a particular notion. The moment we start indulging ourselves in all these irrational circumstances that are supposed to happen, we quit to understand and keep fighting for no reason. It even lays an impact on our physical and mental imbalance.

Since overthinking blocks our intention to understand, it shuts down our thoughts for focusing on a solution and stresses more on the problem itself. You cannot keep thinking about the problem and expect it to get solved without you doing anything about it. it is good to think but overthinking always steals away your positive energy.

Therefore, do not let your attitude of overthinking bloat your insecurities and you fall deficit of the creativity that you should have otherwise had! It is good to be self-conscious about anything but that does not mean that you will block your ability to understand.

You should be capable enough to stimulate your thought for understanding something even better as well as allow yourself to act according to the situations you are in!
