Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony. - Mahatma Gandhi

You may be rich enough or own a lot, but that doesn’t ever define your degree of happiness. You can be a billionaire yet have sleepless nights while a beggar with torn and tattered clothes can be happier than you.

Thus, happiness does not denote the amount of possession you have! There should be a peace prevailing in your mind as well. Peace comes from within, and your level of satisfaction thus determines your intensity of happiness to some extent.

Happiness is relatively proportional to your thoughts, the way you preach as well as the way you enact. All three need to remain in harmony; only then will be your happiness justified. The entire triangle is based on the congruency.

If you believe what you think, and say what you believe in, as well as act as you say, then the entire thing remains in alignment. Else, there is a constant conflict that goes on within your mind and soul. As a result, it will rob away all your happiness, and you would feel deserted.

Congruency simply means agreement or harmony. Thus, a congruency within your life is extremely important. If things aren’t proper, it is you who would sort them out and thus, place them accordingly. Once you are truthful to yourself, that will consequently reflect in your actions, and you will be able to get your peace of mind.
