Worry is like a rocking chair: it gives you something to do but never gets you anywhere. – Erma Bombeck

We all know that too much worrying about something is not right, but sometimes we can’t help it, because worrying is unavoidable. At any given point of time, we are thinking or worrying about something or the other.

The more we think about something, the more we get trapped into the quicksand. The more you struggle in it, the deeper you get. Sometimes we get so deeper into the sand that we don’t even find the energy to come out of it and find a solution.

Therefore, it is said that too much worrying about anything is useless. It does not get you anywhere. It only drains your energy and keeps your mind away from finding a solution.

Life is not wasting half of your life worrying about everything; it is about living life to the fullest, enjoying and experiencing new things.

You must settle down your thoughts first by speaking to people who genuinely care and understand. You must stay calm and get moving, then only you can simplify the problem and find a solution to your situation.
