Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't. - Rikki Rogers

Strength is not determined by the things that you say you can do! You might be capable of doing a lot of things, and you might be really skillful in settling them on your part, but that doesn’t qualify you as a strong person.

Your strength doesn’t depend on the things you are potent of doing. It rather depends on the things that you once thought you couldn’t, but you somehow managed to do them all over again.

Yes, it is rightly said that you might be capable of doing a lot of things, but that doesn’t qualify you as a strong person. If you are actually strong, you will be able to do things that you have once thought that you won’t be able to do!

If you truly want to determine your strength, try doing the things that you have had thought to be difficult so far. Try to overcome the obstacles that seemed to be too difficult for you to deal with.

Try to work on your confidence level in that case, and deal with your phobias. If you actually want to see how strong you are, do things that you have never thought could be a possibility for you.

Achieve the peak that you had never thought of fetching in your life. The day you actually face all the hardship, and still win, is the day when you can truly claim yourself to be strong enough!

It is all about achieving things that were too far away from you, even far away from the place where your thoughts would have reached.
