Two mental actions can change your life, out of which the first one is to forgive yourself, and the second one is to move on. It is important to realize that you will probably end up committing a lot of mistakes in your lives, but remember that you should never cling onto them all your life.

Too often, we go on getting into our past so deeply that we continue digging it each and every day.

You need to understand that each and every person has got a past, while some people are lucky enough to have good memories, there are several others who are not that lucky and they have no other option but to feel sad, stressed and worried about having a bitter past.

Now, it is only you who is going to decide that the past is not in your hands, and thus, you have got no other choice but to deal with it anyway.
