You feel disappointed only when you had been defeated in some way or the other. This happens mostly because you held on high expectations which didn’t turn to be in your favor and thus, you are now left with nothing other than those broken pieces of your heart.
You know that you are broken inside because you have got an unsatisfactory outcome and it is now being hard for you to digest that. Instead of being disappointed, try to take lessons from that situation.
Things may not always work in your favor but each of these negative situations has got something or the other way to teach you. Take it positively and try learning from it. I know that feeling disappointed doesn’t feel amazing but you should take lessons from it instead!
Getting wallowed in discontentment will yield you nothing other than pushing you towards a kind of life that you would never want to live. It is important to understand that getting into disappointment will only give you sorrows.
If you really want to be happy, you should have a mindset to get rid of all those reasons of sadness and try fighting back. No one could be a better teacher to you than your own mistakes. Know to accept them and learn from them, and you are sure to succeed!
When you have succumbed to repeated failures, you tend to feel low in confidence and thus, get into a feeling of depression. Remember that your depression will make you even more sad.
Instead, take it as a learning and do better the next time. Although it’s easier said than done, try not to feel discouraged even when you have to encounter difficult situations or rejections. Take it as a challenge to do even better!
