Everyone has opinions, and they are entitled to it. It could be something affirmative or negative, as well. Opinions from others that concern you will also come along, and you will have no control over it.

When you hear it, if you think that it has no truth in it at all, and then learn to ignore it. But before that, think about the opinion once and check for any truth in it. If there is, take it as an opportunity to improve. You also do not have any control over how others treat you as well.

No matter what you do, there will be some people who will criticize you. Do not take this personally but as part and parcel of life. Even if you do not have any control over the treatment of others or their opinions, you do have the control of how you react to these.

Know that the more you react to others’ comments and treatment, the more you expose your vulnerabilities. People will further take advantage of this and make the situation worse for you.

Therefore, you must train yourself to respond to criticism constructively and calmly. If you think the situation is getting out of hand, calmly move away from it with dignity. This will get you mental peace, and you will be able to concentrate on your own work and make life better.

Never let others bother you so much that your own peace is disturbed. It is difficult to ignore. All of us want to put up our defense, but we must learn to choose our battles wisely. Choosing when to react and how to do so shows intelligence and portrays maturity.

Therefore, deal with opposing situations with tact and do your own work in the right way. Your success will be the right answer to all the conflicting opinions and treatments.
