Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions. - Dalai Lama

All the people in the whole world are searching for happiness. All of us are looking for this one thing. All of us want to be happy, to fulfill our dreams, to keep the people happy surrounding us.

However, it seems we do not find happiness. Sometimes, there are miserable situations that we just cannot get over. These situations break us; we feel there is nothing that can make us happy. We felt devastated and broke, and we feel like we don’t have the right to be happy.

However, Happiness is not something readymade. It is not something that you can buy from the market. You have to create it. Your actions are going to describe your happiness.

If you feel happy reading books, if that is your definition of happiness, then nothing else can ever make you happier than that.

If food makes you happy, buy yourself some food. Also, buy foods to some poor unfed people that might make you even happier.

These little things, these little actions are going to tell you if you are going to be happy or not. So never search for the ultimate happiness. Everyone has their definition of happiness, and it is not readymade. Your actions only can make you happier.
