Usually, people who are sensitive need more time to understand the real world. – Sudha Murty
There are several positive aspects of being a sensitive person, like the ability to listen, intuitiveness, patience, better understanding, greater empathy, etc. However, more vulnerable people have many negative aspects also. It adversely affects their peace of mind, happiness, success, health and they often fail to understand the real world.
They unknowingly feel too much and too deep, even for the smallest things in life. They find it difficult to let go negative thoughts, which often result in headaches, sleep disorders, anxiety, worry, feels hurt, anger, etc.
However, when you feel that life is spinning out of control, people around you do not seem to understand your problems and get irritated with you. Therefore, it is not bad being sensitive as it gives you a variety of strengths but being too much sensitive can cost you many things.
